Vice President Mike Pence returned to the campaign trail wearing a mask late Saturday as his office announced his chief of staff, Marc Short, tested positive for COVID-19. At least one other, senior political advisor Marty Obst, tested positive as well. These new cases come as President Donald Trump railed against testing in Wisconsin. While campaigning in Pennsylvania, former Vice President Joe Biden warned the danger of the virus will not end soon. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for Sunday TODAY.
